Our Supportive community.
Going to the gym can often be lonely and intimidating. Here at Pike Performance we have a lovely supportive community of members who are all working towards similar goals like feeling fitter to keep up with the kids or losing a bit of body fat.They have all at one point or another found the gym a difficult place to be so our coaching staff work hard to foster a culture of inclusion and are always on hand to guide and support.

We make training and nutrition easy.
All you need to do is book your exercise session and we take care of the rest. Gone are the days of wondering what you should be doing in the gym and feeling a bit awkward doing squats.Nutrition is also a common road block so we aim to teach you everything you need to know to create your life long approach to food. No boring chicken and rice meal plans!!We will guide you every step of the way to ensure the lessons you learn with us stick for life!

the process
How does it all work?
1. Book a discovery call with our head coach Henry. We will find out more about you and let you know how we can help.2. Come to the gym to look around and find out more about how we work with our members. We will then find out more about you and build the perfect personalised 4 week Kickstarter package to help you hit the ground running.3. Book your first session and begin our 4 week challenge to start making and seeing progress towards your goals.4. At week 4 we will review how you got on and make a longer term plan to keep you fit and healthy all year round.

FAQ #1.
Can I join if I have joint or muscular issues?
Yes you can. We are well versed in working with various joint or muscular issues and will work in conjunction with physio teams if appropriate.
FAQ #2.
Do I have to be fit and strong before I start?
No. We love working with people who haven't exercised for a while or have never got on well with the gym.Give us time and we will get you there!

At the end of the 4 week challenge do I have to sign up?
You'll be free to decide whether you want to carry on training with us.We can then talk about our ongoing memberships or if you don't want to carry on we will wish you good luck.
FAQ #4
Will I be sore after my training session?
You may be a little sore or achy after your first few sessions. This is normal.We always try to mitigate this with good nutrition, sleep and a lower volume approach to training at first.

What happens if I go away during my 4 week challenge?
We are more than happy to extend your challenge length as we want you to get the most out of it that you can.
